NORTH LONDON

Working with our client we successfully removed over 19,000m3 of Inert Muck Away from this basement excavation over a 6 week period, at a rate of over 130 loads per day.

Working with our client we successfully removed 3,800m3 of Non Hazardous Made Ground, followed by 37,000m3 of Inert Muck Away from this brand new apartment construction. At it’s peak we were removing 1,600t per day. After the bulk dig was completed, we supplied our 8 wheeler grab lorries to remove the remaining spoil from the conveyer belt on a weight and load basis.

Working with our client we successfully undertook the initial investigation works of suspected Asbestos found underneath one of the new car park areas. Following stringent sampling we removed 260 tonnes of Hazardous Chrysotile Asbestos Mixed Muck Away on our fleet of grab lorries, having helped writing the RAMS for the Main Contractor. The works were completed over a 48 hour period following the results being returned.

Working with our client we successfully removed 1,600m3 of Hazardous Asbestos Mixed Soil Away in 20 yard bins from the demolition works of this residential development. Using our segregation techniques, we diverted 100% of the material from landfill, which had a saving of over £320,000 in landfill tax.

Working with our client we successfully removed 2,600 tonnes of Hazardous Fragmental Asbestos Contaminated Muck Away from this residential development.

Working with our client we successfully removed over 400 loads of Inert Muck Away and supplied over 3,000 tonnes of 63/10mm Form Pave, 20/4mm Form and 2/6mm Form Pave for the car park construction.

Working with our client we successfully removed 1,200 loads of Inert Muck Away, as well as over 100 loads of Mixed Muck & Roots Away. In addition we supplied 600 tonnes of Recycled 20mm Shingle and a further 600 tonnes of Reject Sand for use in the drainage. During the final phase of works we supplied 3,400 tonnes of Type 3 Granite for use underneath the car park construction.

Working with our client we successfully demolished 3 x detached houses and cleared all obstructions to a depth of one metre. We removed 60 loads of Inert Muck Away from the pile arisings and then a further 700 loads from the basement excavation works.

Working with our client we successfully removed 170m3 of Mixed Green Waste & Soil, as well as 500m3 of Inert Muck Away on grabs. We then supplied 860m3 of C35 Readymix Concrete over a3 day period for the main pour, as well as a further 130m3 of C25 Readymix Concrete using volumetric lorries.

Working with our client we successfully removed 200 tonnes of Hazardous Asbestos Mixed Muck Away under the aid of our full time watching brief. We then provided validation certificates for the remaining areas and removed a further 7,000m3 of Non Hazardous Muck Away from this former car park.

Working with our client we successfully removed 7,000m3 of Inert Muck Away from this residential development. We also supplied 800 tonnes of Clean Crush No Fines, 400 tonnes of DOT Type 1 and 300 tonnes of Recycled 20mm Shingle for the drainage.

Working with our client we successfully removed 6,000m3 of Inert Muck Away from the basement construction of this luxury residential development over a 3 weeks period. At its peak we were removing 1,400 tonnes per day.

Working with our client we successfully removed 600 tonnes of Mixed Soil & Japanese Knotweed from this prison extension development over a 3 day period.

Working with our client we successfully removed 8,700m3 of Inert Muck Away for the basement construction of the new school blocks. We also supplied 600 tonnes of General Purpose Top Soil to the external package contractor, as well as 200 tonnes of Reject Sand and 500 tonnes of DOT Type 1 Granite.

Working with our client we supplied over 500 loads of 6F2 for the piling mat and removed an overall 43,000m3 from the basement construction. At the dig’s peak we were removing 1,700 tonnes of Inert Muck Away per day.

Working with our client we successfully removed 200 tonnes of Non Hazardous Muck Away before the 8,000m3 Inert basement dig started. We also supplied 300 tonnes of our 20mm Recycled Shingle for the drainage. When the larger machines were too big to keep on site we removed a further 70 loads of Inert Muck Away on our fleet of grab lorries. During phase 2 of the project we supplied over 400 tonnes of our Recycled Type 1 to be used as part of the road formation.

Working with our client we successfully removed 11,000m3 of Non Hazardous Muck Away from this residential project working with site restrictions of between 9am – 3pm due to the presence of a school nearby.

Working with our client we undertook additional sampling of the Made Ground to determine the extent of any potential contamination. We then removed 1,400m3 of Concrete Breakout from the obstructions below ground level and then removed 4,000m3 of Piling Mat material before the reduced dig of 42,000m3 of began.

Working with our client we successfully removed 800 loads of Non Hazardous Muck Away from this new build stadium on behalf of Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Working with our client we supplied over 100 loads of General Purpose Top Soil for the landscape works, as well as removing 400 tonnes of Mixed Muck & Tarmac.

Working with our client we successfully removed 400t of Non Hazardous Made Ground followed by 7,000m3 of Inert Muck Away.

Working with our client we successfully removed 6,000m3 of Inert Muck Away from this new residential development. We also supplied our Recycled 20mm Shingle for the drainage, Type 1 Crushed Concrete for the pathways and Reject Sand for the ducting.

Working with our client we were asked to retest the Made Ground to ascertain if the land was contaminated. We then successfully removed 4,700m3 Inert Clay for this basement dig and also provided our brand new 14t Excavators from the very start of the job through H&D Plant Hire. At the back end of the job our fleet of grab lorries removed a further 35 loads of Inert clay.

Working with our client we removed over 350 loads of Inert Material and also supplied our 6 Yard Crane Liftable Skips to remove the waste being produced on site. At it’s peak we were carrying out 8-10 exchanges per week as well as supplying Wait & Load bins. Once the job was nearing completion, we removed a further 260m3 of material on grab lorries.

Working with our client we removed the top soil stripped material, followed by a further 45 loads Inert Material Away and then we imported over 800t of Recycled Type 1 for use within the compound and permanent works.

Working with our client we supplied in excess of 2,400t of Quarried Sharp Sand to be used for screeding at this new accommodation development. Due to the nature of the project and the contracted hours that the screeders were working to we had to supply every load to site before 9am each day.

Working closely with our client we sampled and then removed the Made Ground to our restorational facility in Essex. We then removed 600-800t per day of Inert Clay to various sites around Hertfordshire. The total volume taken away was 15,000m3 over the course of 4 months. We also supplied our General Purpose Top Soil for the back gardens of the finished residential units and removed the hard standing material to our recycling centre. Phase 2 of the job ran over a 3 weeks period and resulted in us removing an additional 2,700m3 of Inert Muck Away so that the site could be handed over on time.

Working with our client we removed 100 loads of crushed demolition material, that was surplus to requirements, prior to carting away 5,000m3 of Inert Muck from the reduced level dig. The site had very strict time restrictions due to the location but this proved to be no issue for us as we had a steady flow of tipper wagons arriving throughout the day. At the back end of the job we supplied our Grab Lorries to remove previously stockpiled material.

c/o ASHE CONSTRUCTION, Stanmore College, Old Church Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex

Working with our client we removed just under 100 loads of Inert Muck Away over a 3 weeks period to enable the site to be clear by Xmas. In addition to this we also supplied 6F2 to build levels on site and to use as a piling mat. In the projects latter stages we supplied a full range of shingles for the drainage contract.

Working with our client we removed up to 500t per day of recyclable material, which had been left from the demolition contractor, to recycling centres in Dunmow & Welwyn Garden City. The material was then used to produce secondary aggregates.

Working with our client we undertook the sampling of soil and then successfully removed 1,400m3 of Muck Away over a 7 week duration. We also supplied 400 tonnes of our DOT Type 1 Crushed Concrete for use within the road construction, and 180t 20mm Recycled Shingle for the drainage.

Working with our client we removed and recycled 87 loads of made ground as well as undertaking the retesting and removal of the underlying strata for the enabling works package.
