Working with our client we successfully removed 1,700m3 of Fragmental Asbestos Mixed Muck Away from this residential development over a 20 day period. In addition, we also relocated 2,200m3 of contaminated stockpiled demolition material from a previous phase for screening and future reuse under an MMP, together with obtaining full regulatory sign off based on our detailed verification report.

Working with our client we successfully removed 23,000m3 of Non Hazardous Muck Away from our bulk excavation works. The original SI identified significant widespread contamination, however, using our rapid testing software, we were able to delineate over 40% of the known Hazardous hotspots.

Working with our client we operated as Principal Contractor on this remediation package. We successfully hand picked all Fragmental Asbestos to reduce the volume of Hazardous Muck Away. We then treated and removed 2,800m3 of Hydrocarbon Impacted Soils and an area of Giant Hogweed from around the party wall. We cleared all obstructions down to a two metre depth, re engineered the excavated spoil and constructed a 600mm Pile Mat across the entire site using our 6F5 IBA.

Working with our client we successfully removed 19,000m3 of Non Hazardous spoil from this residential development. In addition, we also supplied 300 loads of Recycled 6F2 to form the piling platform and temporary road access for site.

Working with our client we successfully removed 1,800 tonnes of Mixed Soil & Vegetation Away from the initial stripping of the site. We then removed 370m3 of Incidental Asbestos Mixed Muck Away under a watching brief. We also supplied 20 yard Asbestos Bins for the removal of Asbestos Pipe & Lagging. Our works also included the removal of 14,000m3 of Non Hazardous reduced dig works, prior to the framework contractor beginning.

Working with our client we successfully removed 12,000 tonnes of Top Soil from this residential development, prior to the main works beginning. At its peak, we were removing 800 tonnes per day.

Working with our client we successfully undertook the same day sampling of an unanticipated area of hydrocarbon impacted soils, and subsequently removed 600 tonnes over a 3 day period.

Working with our client we removed in excess of 600 loads of Non Hazardous Muck Away from this new build student accommodation scheme over a 5 week period during our phase one works. Phase two was the excavation of the multistorey car park basement and we removed a further 900 loads.

Working with our client we successfully removed 2,400 tonnes of Hazardous Fragmental Asbestos Mixed Muck Away from this industrial development. Our works also included slab breakout and a reduced level dig.

Working with our client we successfully removed 800 loads of Non Hazardous Muck Away and supplied 300 loads of 6F2 for the piling mat construction.

Working with our client we successfully removed 2,000 tonnes of Incidental Non Hazardous Muck Away followed by 8,000m3 of Non Hazardous Muck Away from the pile mat removal and subsequent reduced level dig.

Working with our client we successfully imported over 500 loads of 6F2 and a further 250 loads of Type 1 Crushed Concrete for use in the road construction. Our Recycled 20mm Shingle was used for the drainage around the site.

Working with our client we undertook the sampling and removal of 6,000 tonnes of Non Hazardous Muck Away, as well as supplying over 2,600 tonnes of our Recycled Type 3 Graded aggregate for use under the new car park expansion.

Working with our client we secured the package to supply 7,000t 6F2 Graded to bring the new relief road up to level and then a further 10,160t Type 1 Graded Crush to cap the road ready for the tarmac sub contractors to finish off. We were also used to sample and remove an area of Asbestos Contaminated road which contained fragments of Chrysotile & Amosite Asbestos. In addition, we also undertook the haulage of the IBA fill material to the Bicester Eco Park in back loads to help keep the costs down. H&D Plant Hire provided excavators in various sizes to help assist throughout the full package.

Working with our client we successfully removed 2,300m3 6F2 Material Mixed With Soil from this Civil Engineering project. The stockpile was removed over a 2 week period.
